Formed out of mutual boredom and a love for all things metal, fueled by guitarist Nick Salarini's schizophrenic writing, Goblet is a perfect blend of thrash, black, death, and doom metal. Drummer Nick Sacco and bassist Peydon Twing don't sit in the background either, perfectly entwined with furious drum and thumping bass. Jesse Pause rounds out the line up with epic tales of monsters, partying, and space travel. Based out of Pittsfield MA, this 4 piece is heavily influenced by metal classics such as Slayer and Black Sabbath (Dio and Ozzy) as well as newer bands like Municipal Waste and The Black Dahlia Murder.
