Cyperna is a chaotic roller coaster of sound that seamlessly fuse individual influences to create a hybrid style of metal that is unique, yet refreshing. Like a fine bourbon, they are an acquired taste, but a taste that will leave a lasting impression. Dissonant chords, odd time signatures, barreling bass patterns and vocals that blend intensity with the fictitious realm that is Cyperna, have allowed them to carve their own path in their local music scene. With a self titled E.P. and a recent L.P. release titled The Darker Side Of Matter, Cyperna has plans to keep trudging forward into the abyss with plans for another E.P. release for late 2015. Producing a wall of sound coupled with spastic energetic behavior, Cyperna has been labeled as a must see live band that provides an unparalleled performance.
